“An army is always better than a single person.”

Our focus this week is on the word “squad.” We feel like anybody that has a positive and supportive team surrounding them, each individual in that circle has a better chance of soaring through their milestones and reaching their success in life. It is ALWAYS good to have team members by your side for numerous reasons; boost your confidence, motivate your spirit, encourage you to take chances, strive to your max potential, and most importantly, critique your work to better yourselves.

Working in teams increases collaboration and allows more brainstorming. Everyone is unique and has different skills, backgrounds and experiences. Therefore, others in a team can help you see things from a different angle. You can‘t always do it ‘alone’, and when you try to, it puts more weight on your shoulders. So we recommend to find a close peer or
attend events to create connections with people that are heading in the same direction as you are.

“Complete freedom and ownership.” - Ashley Fern

Our focus this week is being “independent.” Being independent is a trait that is inherited from the family tree because not all people have it. This characteristic is so valuable when starting your own business because no one will believe in your vision (if don‘t have a team to begin with) during your freshmen year. Our freshmen year challenges our creativity, drive, faith, fear and so much more. Its so important to be independent for numerous reasons; we focus solely now hat we want to manifest, we don’t have tp depend on anyone else, we don’t have to listen to everyone’s opinion and more importantly, we work hard as ever to fulfill those opportunity in life.

While coming across a blog about being independent, a very powerful message by Ashley Fern reads, “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.” So please be independent and don’t let anyone stop you.

Control Your Environment

“Create the space so you can control it.” — Dame Dash

Our focus this week is on “controlling your own environment.” When we talk about controlling your environment, we basically mean being your own boss and keying in on what you have full control of. If you are around negative people, remove yourself from their presence. If you are in a workplace where you find discomfort everyday, take a break from
working for someone and focus on your dream. When we take full control of the things we want our life to be surrounded by, our true happiness comes into full effect. In addition, we make smarter decisions and take those calculated risk that will benefit us on the long run.

Coming across the hustler Dame Dash interview, he presented a powerful message saying, “You create the space so you can control it…the same sh*t they doing for somebody else, do it for yourself.” Those sentences should echo in your brain each and every day to remind you what your driving towards. Get paid to be yourself…

“Strategy without execution is hallucination” — Forbes

Our focus this week is on “execution.” In order to have your business at a substantial growth, each task must be executed and delivered to your audience. Execution is so important because it separates the men from the children, or in other words, the hustlers from the BS’ers. While showing the progress of your next big idea and capitalizing on it,
you will continue to build a network of peers that would love to collaborate or invest into your business because they’re informed that you tale your career to heart.

We all understand that everybody loves to talk about it (since it’s so easy to do) rather than be about it. So don’t be the individual that doesn’t have a resume to show your investors where you’ve came from, how far you‘ve gotten, and where you plan on going. Continue to think, strategize and execute on all ideas and show yourself why you belong here.
